To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we've put together these friendly terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review them, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

 

 Reservation and Payment:

* To secure your spot, we require a 50% deposit.

* The full balance must be paid 7 days before your event – easy peasy!

 

 Cancellation Policy:

* Life happens! Cancel 30 or more days before your event for a full deposit refund.

*Cancelling within the 30 day period you will lose your deposit.

* Cancelling within 7 days? Sadly, the booking becomes non refundable.

 

Event Details:

* Share the excitement! Let us know about your guest count, catering wishes, and any special requests.

* Changes? No problem! Just shoot us a note at least 7 days before your event.

 

Damages:

* We trust your party will be a blast, but any damages will be assessed and kindly billed within 5 days.

 

Playing by the Rules:

* We're all about good vibes, but let's stay on the right side of the law, shall we?

* The boat is a no-go zone for anything illegal, we reserve the right to wave goodbye if that happens.

 

Cheers to Good Times:

* Strictly no outside alcohol is to be brought on board, Any items will be confiscated by our security team and we have the right to cancel your booking.
